The Sillon beach in Saint-Malo

The Plage de Sillon is one of the largest sandy beaches in Saint-Malo with a length of 3 km. It is ranked third most beautiful beach in France by the travel site TripAdvisor. This beach has the particularity of having waters whose color changes according to the seasons. From Intra-Muros to Paramé, it is accessible if you walk along the wild coast of the Breton coast. If you are an avid reader and appreciate wide open spaces and not towels stuck together, then you should definitely visit this seaside beach in Brittany.

Tahiti Beach

Located in French Polynesia, Tahiti is the largest of the islands in this territory. Its peculiarity is that it has the shape of an 8, which gives it a quite distinguished look. It’s true that the term “Tahitian beach” can be confusing. Indeed, there is a beach called “Tahiti beach” in Nevez from its former name Raguenez beach. Immersed in a setting of spectacular splendour, this seaside beach will allow you to enjoy its white sand and turquoise waters. It is not without reason that it is known as the most beautiful beach in Nevez. It gives you the opportunity to enjoy a remarkable panorama of Raguenez Island and Green Island. In terms of accessibility, the beach is easily accessible via the coastal path.

There is a second beach called “Tahiti beach” located in the town of Carantec in the Finistère department at the tip of Pen Al Lann. This beach is just as magnificent with its resplendent paths, sparkling golden sand and turquoise waters will delight you during your holiday in Finistère. It is well preserved and offers you a breathtaking view of Louet Island and the Château du  taureau (literally Bull Castle). Parking spaces are available.

The beach of Coz-Pors in Trégastel

If you like rock climbing, this beach is perfect for you. The beach of Coz-Pors is characterized by its pinkish granite chaos. This colour is mainly due to the presence of orthoses in the mineralogical composition of its granites. It is this natural mix of fine sand, rocks of different shapes and beautiful waters, which makes this seaside beach a unique destination. The beach also offers the possibility of carrying out water activities during your holiday in the Côtes d’Armor. If you are a fan of diving, you can visit the marine aquarium located not far from the beach (50 m). Guests can enjoy the many local restaurants in the Côtes d’Armor, available parking and the possibility of renting kayaks. You will be able to go there with your dog from September 16 to June 14, but it will be necessary for him to be kept on a leash. The beach is supervised in July and August so that your children can swim safely during their holidays.

The beach of Sainte-Barbe in Morbihan

The beach of Sainte Barbe is a huge stretch of fine sand located in the north of the Quiberon peninsula in Morbihan. It is open to the east on the island of Groix and to the west on Belle-Île-en-Mer. It’s a very popular spot. The beach is very exposed to westerly and southwesterly swells. This makes it particularly attractive for surfing and other board sports enthusiasts. The waves are easy, ideal for novice sports enthusiasts who will be able to perfect their skills without any major worries. To be able to access the beach, you must pass through the village of Sainte-Barbe located in the commune of Plouharnel in Morbihan.
