The house renovated in 2021 welcomes you with 4 spacious and very carefully decorated guest rooms. The invitation to travel and relaxation is the order of the day. Elisabeth, your host, prepares very good sweet or savory breakfasts every morning according to your desires. Guests can also enjoy the lovely garden.

Between the Bay of Mont Saint Michel and the Emerald Coast, your choice of walks for the day are multiple.

Tips and secret places of the owners

● Starting from the Saint Servan district, a walk on the GR34. Stop along its creeks and explore the Parc de la Briantais
● 5 minutes from the house, walk along the port of Bas Sablons and reach the Solidor tower then head towards the city of Aleth which overlooks the bay between Saint Malo and Dinard.
● Take the shuttle boat near the ramparts to stroll around the Dinard market.
● The Pointe du Grouin is another remarkable site whose invigorating air you will appreciate

Wonderful 5 days at Villa Louisa! Elisabeth is the proprietor you hope to encounter when staying in a hotel establishment. She is knowledgeable, understands how to create a great customer experience and most importantly, kind. The rooms and villa are stunning and welcoming. I loved being slightly outside St Malo Intra Muros which can be chaotic with tourists.. If you’re traveling to Brittany, don’t think twice on a stay at Villa Louisa!

Quite simply, everything was fantastic. The hostess Elisabeth was very kind and engaging. The room facilities were great, and the breakfast was outstanding, with several homemade items that were all delicious. The location is fantastic for the St Servan area (extramuros) and the Villa Louisa has several lovely beaches and harbours within ten minutes walk that the majority of tourists who go intramuros will not see. My wife and I could not speak highly enough of the whole set-up.
