Not far from Paimpol on the Côtes d’Armor, you’ll find this lovely traditional longère, a stone ‘long’ house, nestling amongst greenery and flowers including hydrangeas and old-fashioned roses. Inside, the fresh décor has a coastal feel, and the fresh air outside leaves you in no doubt: you’re certainly in Brittany.

When the weather is fine, enjoy your evening meals out on the terrace, while in winter, you can come back from a day’s sight-seeing and snuggle up in front of the fire.

Whatever the season, this is a great base for exploring the area, from the banks of the Trieux and the Château de la Roche-Jagu, to Paimpol, Bréhat and its many islands, and of course the stunning Pink Granite Coast.
