The villa and its one-hectare park face the bay of Prieuré, offering a view of the eastern shore of Dinard, and another of the mythical corsair city of Saint-Malo. Facing the sea, beneath the villa’s windows, a wicket gate, then a small path under the pine trees, will lead you to the beach and its jetty

In the park, some remarkable trees, a pond, beautiful hydrangeas, of course, and a small vegetable garden cared for by the chef who will delight your taste buds with his exceptional table d’hôtes.
