









Our venue consists of several buildings, just a stone’s throw from the 11th-century church in Perguet. The former grocery store and bistro has been transformed into a restaurant with an open kitchen, where plants feature prominently, both in the décor and on the plate!
The ballroom now houses three 35m² mezzanine suites with private bathrooms and toilets. Each suite has its own theme, supported by simple, carefully chosen décor.
The summer bar, a former fish smokehouse, is the perfect place for picnics in the shade.
Here, all the raw ingredients used in our kitchen are 100% plant-based, sourced from organic farms and our own gardens, as well as those of local producers. We offer brunch (included in the room price), picnics and, upon reservation, table d’hôte dining.
We are committed to protecting the environment and would like to share our eco-friendly values with you: zero waste, permaculture, renewable energy, direct and short supply chains, etc…
